Our commitment towards children’s privacy

The Site and Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not direct the Services to, nor do we knowingly collect any Personal Information from, children under 13. Service providers

We may contract with third parties to perform functions related to the Services (“Service Providers”). Payments

We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, for all payments. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy, which may be viewed at https://stripe.com/us/privacy. Stripe adheres to the standards set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

The Services may contain links to other third-party websites or applications. Any information you provide on those sites is subject to that third party’s privacy policy. Our Policy does not apply to such sites, and we are not responsible for the privacy and security practices and policies of those third-party sites or applications.

Security and Retention of your Personal Information

We are committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We have taken certain physical, administrative, and technical steps to help safeguard the information we collect from and about you. While we take steps to help ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee our security measures.

When you join our mailing list, we will keep the information you provide us until you ask us to delete it. When you create an account with us, we may retain the Personal Information you provide as long as you have an account with us. If you delete your account, your information will be deleted. Upon your deletion of your account, we retain the right to anonymize your data by removing your Personal Information and maintaining the non-personal information in our statistical database.
